Refund policy

What is our Return Policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 25 days for a refund or return (please see exclusions below).

Reasons for refunds or returns:

  • Changed your mind – No problem. Please contact us within 25 days to receive a full refund. Customer responsible for return shipping.

  • Arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong product – We are very sorry for this. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product and we will make it right at our cost. Please also include a photo of the incorrect or damaged product. We will send a new or correct item at our cost, or issue a full refund and pay for the return shipping of the item. Original shipping charges can not be refunded.

Exclusions

  • Food, water and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment such as face masks, etc) are not eligible for refunds, except for damaged goods caused by shipping and reported to Xpocalypse Survival within 5 days of receiving product, in which case, the damaged product(s) will be replaced with same or like kind product or store credit given.

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Additional non-returnable items:
    • - Gift cards
    • - Downloadable software products
    • - Some health and personal care items

Xpocalypse Survival's Return Policy is subject to the following requirements:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Once the returned merchandise is received a credit will be issued based on the original payment method. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for processing.

Stolen package

If the shipping company confirms the product was delivered to your address but you never received it, then it may have been stolen. To resolve this issue, you must contact the shipper (usually USPS, UPS or FEDEX – contact support to learn which shipping company). Once you file a stolen package report with the shipping company, please provide us proof of the submission. If the shipping company doesn't refund the purchase price within 60 days, we will give you store credit for the purchase amount. This offer is LIMITED to one occurrence per year, per customer/address with a purchase price limit of $250.

Shipping Delays

Due to carrier issues caused by COVID-19 you may experience extreme delays in delivery or no update in the tracking information for a period of time. UPS and USPS have suspended their Service Guarantees for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
